Crawford County Schools announces the hire of Mrs. Elaine Hudson as Principal of the Middle/High School.  Hudson looks forward to supporting this community, and her first day on the job will be Monday, July 6, 2026.

Hudson earned a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Special Education from Macon State University. She completed her Master’s degree in Mathematics Education from Western Governor’s University and later her Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University.

With 20 years of experience, Hudson spent 12 years in the classroom at the elementary and high school levels and the past eight years in administration.  In her current position, Hudson serves as the Director of Student Services in Peach County.

Hudson says that she appreciates the opportunity to serve again in Crawford County and that she brings with her a passion for supporting students, staff and families.
